Zig Zag End Grain Cutting Boards

Walnut, Maple and Cherry

The Zig Zag cutting board is available in the following standard sizes:

12" x 8" x 1" ($75)
16" x 10" x 1.25" ($95)
18" x 12" x 1.5" ($120)
20" x 14" x 1.5" ($150)

Juice Grooves:

Juice grooves are channels inside the edges of a cutting board to collect and contain liquids and food debris. Juice grooves are particularly helpful when cutting meats, and they help to keep the workspace, including the countertop, clean.

Each board comes with the option of a juice groove. Juice grooves are 5/8" wide for boards up to 16" x 10", and 3/4" wide for larger boards, with juice grooves set 3/4" from the edge of the board. Juice grooves are an additional $15.

Cutting Board Feet: Cutting board feet are helpful, especially for larger boards, as they keep the board from sliding on the countertop. All cutting boards are available with rubber feet measuring 13/16" wide and 3/8" high.
